About this studio

At The Dailey Method, you will be moving in all sorts of ways -- physically, emotionally and mentally. Through an evolving mix of practices, The Dailey Method will help you achieve a strong, lean, sculpted body by combining ballet barre work, yoga, Pilates, core conditioning and muscle strengthening. With an ever-evolving mix of movements, class is always fresh, fun and challenging. At The Dailey Method, you will find individualized attention in a group setting giving you the strength, discipline and joy to find the ultimate alignment.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable athletic pants, leggings or capris as well as sticky socks (for Dailey Barre). If you forget your sticky socks, don’t sweat it! The Dailey Method-Fort Worth has got you covered! All you need to bring to class is a water bottle and a fun, happy attitude. The Dailey Method provides the rest. If this is your first class with The Dailey Method, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the new client paperwork.

How to get there

The Dailey Method - Fort Worth is located at 2000 West Berry Street Suite 200 Fort Worth, TX 76109. Please park off of Gordon Ave. and walk up the sidewalk next to the large green field. We're on the second floor, above Americado.

This is a super fun class! The staff is super attentive, and help you with anything you need. They are all about good form, which I really appreciate, since I’m new to cycling.

Angelica is an amazing instructor. She pays special attention to form and offers modifications. Her sequencing is on “pointe.” The studio staff is friendly and obviously proud to be part of a great tribe. My abs and arms and really all of me are going to feel her tomorrow!

All staff was super friendly. Be sure to bring sticky socks or buy them there for $12-$16. If you do cycle you rent cycle shoes if you’re not a member. Class was good. The cork floor was a little hard on my wrists.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
