About this studio

The Dailey Method® is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, muscle strengthening, yoga and orthopedic exercises. This challenging one-hour barre exercise class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. All movement is controlled and very focused, effective and safe. Proper alignment is their primary focus. Then each set of exercises is followed by a series of active stretches to develop more sculpted and supple muscles. The entire body and mind is constantly working throughout their workout. Through this process one's body, posture and physical awareness will be transformed.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so teachers are able to see your alignment and form. Socks are required, and you can also purchase their trademark Dailey Method grip socks at the studio.

How to get there

We are located in the outside courtyard in the center of the block off Spear Street. Valet parking in the building is available at these times ONLY - no exceptions: M-F before 9am and after 5pm - $4 for 2 hours Weekends - available for all classes - $4 for 1.5 hours The validation for the discounted rate must be purchased at our front desk.

What is ClassPass?
