About this studio

The Barre Project is a unique, attitude-filled and wickedly effective fitness program located in Sydney’s CBD. Their exclusive technique fuses low impact bodyweight exercises with strength and interval training, cardio and principles from Pilates and yoga. Each class structure is designed to create a strong, long and lean sculpted physique with the added benefits of improved posture and flexibility. Add TBP's trademark lighting, fresh beats and kickass instructors and you are in for a total body workout and sensory experience like none other. Welcome to The Barre Project.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in. Fitted clothing (such as leggings) is best so that the instructors can easily ensure you are in correct position and getting the most out of class. Socks are required in all classes for safety and hygiene purposes. They highly recommend grippy socks to prevent your feet from sliding, which are available for purchase at the front desk.

The Barre Project - York Street is located on ground level at 55 York Street Sydney, NSW 2000 Australia half a block south of Wynyard Station.

What is ClassPass?
