About this studio

The Bar Method® is a one-hour, non-impact total body workout. It starts with a warm-up, free-weight exercises and push-ups and then moves on to intense, isometric leg work at the bar, followed by abdominal work at the bar and on mats. Every exercise includes active stretching to elongate the targeted muscles. The Bar Method is a challenge to both your cardiovascular system and your muscle strength, delivering a high level of overall fitness. 407 363 0330

How to prepare

1. New students must arrive 15 mins early 2. Socks and pants required (no shorts) 3. Only non-breakable water containers allowed 4. No gum or cell phones 5. Instructors may adjust your body or call your name out in class 6. Pregnant students (new) must take prenatal class or DVD. Returning students should have a doctor’s note

What is ClassPass?
