Best boot camp in Tampa, hands down
Fitness Boot Camp with Chris
Very challenging class. Wednesdays are outside at Curtis Hixon. We did HIIT then ran the park then did another HIIT then ran the park. Next thing you know...the class is finished and you burned mad calories.

great workout! first time I tried this class. definitely felt it the next day! i
Cardio Kickboxing with Chris
Chris remodeled a little bit since my last visit but I still love this place and this workout. He takes you through a long punching sequence, a long kicking sequence, then a combo sequence, mixes in some cardio bursts, and ends up with a short core sequence. Ill be back.

What is ClassPass?
