About this studio

Underground boutique-style fitness studio located in the heart of Yorkville (inside the Sweat Shoppe studio). Every 30 mins workout session is led by an experienced, certified Toronto Personal Trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Using a combination of cardio and strength-training, you'll burn up to 500 calories per session.

How to prepare

Bring indoor running shoes, wear light comfortable clothing and bring a refillable water bottle. Showers available (bring your own towel) too. Most importantly, come with a positive attitude and don't hesitate to ask the coaches for modifications if required:)

How to get there

Located at 70 Yorkville Avenue, lower level. The studio is called Sweat Shoppe and we are located directly beside a Green P underground parking lot and 30 seconds from Bay subway station.

The workout was not bad. The instructor is informative and patient. I would've liked the description to have mentioned that the class on that day was completely focused on legs. Sometimes you need to prepare for the intensity of the workout. I expected a full body workout.

What is ClassPass?
