About this studio

Stripped back, functional and raw. Their training is designed to shock your foundations with a custom line up of strength, speed and endurance sessions. 40, 50 & 60-minute signature workouts with top London trainers focusing on specific muscle groups each day, promoting muscle growth, recovery and repair. The Sweat It approach combines targeted strength training with intervals on treadmills. The studio is centred around the mecca that is the bespoke functional rig, with a custom line up of equipment including landmines, free weights and resistance bands surrounded by a fleet of treads. How to prepare

BRING: Appropriate running footwear, workout kit and your A-game. We will provide the rest. FIRST TIME? Please arrive into the studio 15 minutes prior to the start of your session. You will be required to attend a quick induction 5 minutes prior to the class-start and will not be permitted into the studio if you miss it. This is non-negotiable. LATE? If you are not checked in at reception and ready by the time your session starts, you will not be allowed into the studio, this is to ensure the safety of all session participants.

Response from the studio:
This is something we put a lot of thought into when writing our concept manual and its a bit of a dilemma. While we would love to just give gender neutral recommendations, it's not practical. We have found when you make the range too broad, people who do not train regularly really struggle to find the right weights for their initial sessions and spend a lot of time changing weights or struggling. You should notice the differences between the women/ men weights are very small and always overlap. We always state that they are a broad generalisation and only guidelines to encourage our clients to find a weight that challenges them personally. - Melissa, Head of Fitness

What is ClassPass?
