About this studio

SWATL Health + Fitness was founded January 1st of this year when husband and wife Jake & Jennifer-Lynn saw an opportunity to bring group fitness classes & chiropractic care to Southwest Atlanta. They're both CrossFit Level 1 Instructors & offer HIIT Weight Lifting & Bootcamp classes. The best part is: all members get chiropractic adjustments each month included with their membership. Try Jennifer-Lynn's 5:30 AM Bootcamp class! This is a high energy 45 to 60 min class, which incorporates functional bodyweight movements with light to moderate loads with cardio, barre & spin! This class will get you cut & sharp before you even start your day!

HIIT Weight Lifting
Great instructor! Dr. Jake prepares two HIIT workouts to choose from—body weights vs heavy weights. He took special care to make sure my form was correct and gave me pointers and extra exercises for personal goals I had. He’s very easy going and friendly. He’s also a licensed chiropractor so memberships include one free chiropractic session per month, and then discounted prices after that first session. Highly recommend this place!

Great studio! Location was easy to find & the space is large with a wide variety of equipment. Jennifer-Lynn & Jake were awesome. Im new to weightlifting so I was a bit nervous going in but they were great about walking me through every exercise & showing me proper form. They were able to modify the workout to meet my fitness level while still making it challenging.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
