SuperStar Fitness Boot Camp is South Bay's premier outdoor fitness program; celebrating their 15th year in 2018! Classes are held at/on the beach and build total body strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and core stability. SSFBC is super fun, highly dynamic and addicting! They utilize world-class physical training techniques practiced by the U.S. military combined with the latest cutting edge fitness trends/tools to produce total body results. What you can expect to experience in their classes: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) - Sand/Agility Training, Military Style Exercise/Drills, TRX Training, Dumbbell/Tubing/Med Ball Exercises, Stair/Ramp/Hill Work, Battle Ropes/KettleBells, Plyometric Training, Jump Ropes and more. How to prepare
Please bring an exercise mat 'or' beach size towel, water bottle, proper workout attire, a good pair of cross training type sneakers, 3lb-10lb pair dumbbells (recommended for women) 'or' 5lb-10lb pair dumbbells (recommended for men) and a P.C.D.A (Positive Can Do Attitude). IMPORTANT: Please show up 10 minutes prior to class start time to allow time park & sign consent/class waiver.

***Avenue C Location (Mondays & Fridays)*** Avenue C & Esplanade, Redondo Beach, CA. 90277 Boot Campers meet on the beach in front of the Avenue C stairs. (Metered parking (quarters only) alongside Esplanade/ free parking can be found on nearby side streets.) ***Veterans Park Location (Wednesday Only)*** 359 Esplanade, Redondo Beach, CA, 90277 Boot Campers meet in the park in front of the playground area. Metered (quarters only) parking lot / free parking can be found on nearby side streets surrounding park.
