About this studio

Bootcamp classes incorporating high intensity interval training also known as HIIT, with a Tabata style format. All workouts are different every day using medicine balls, ropes, bands, plyometrics, kettlebells and functional movements. Class times are as scheduled. Please bring your own towel. Showers available. We also specialize in personal and small group training fit to your schedule.

How to prepare

Please bring water, a towel and a positive attitude to live a healthy lifestyle. You should wear comfortable workout clothing and well supported gym shoes.

Superior Fit Body is easy to find. They are located at 114 W Gregory Boulevard directly North across from the Post Office on Gregory and Wornall in Waldo.

Challenging yet timer based, so you set your own pace. I liked that we partnered up with a person for the stations as it was extra encouragement. Roy is great too!

Ray provided detailed attention and positive feedback to everyone in the class. It was a motivating environment for building strength and encouraging for many levels. This is a challenging workout and is best suited for those with a positive mindset who are ready to work hard and reach their goals. I purchased a membership to this gym the same day through one of his monthly specials.

What is ClassPass?
