Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Sarah
There was a TON of noise coming from upstairs so that was a little distracting but overall it was a great class and I plan to go back!

Hip Opening and Shoulder Liberation with Brendon
The room itself was small but perfectly acceptable, however it was surrounded by extremely loud noises. The people noises you could drown out, but the weightsdropping on the ceiling above could be quite startling during a yoga practice. The sequencing was fine and the instructor was obviously experienced, But she gave little in the way of detailed instructions regarding the poses. I would expect more guidance in an opening practice and was concerned for other practitioners who perhaps didnt know the proper positioning for long holds. The room was also quite chilly which doesnt lend itself particularly well to a non-flow opening class
Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Katy

Ashtanga with Ariel

First Friday Free Community Core Fusion Vinyasa Yoga Class with Linda
Great workout and instructor!
Hip Opening and Shoulder Liberation with Brendon
Challenging and good flow. Hips and shoulders felt great.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Brian
The class was great! About 10 people, which was a good size. Not too many people where it's a yoga factory, but not so small that you feel singled out. The instructor was very nice and it was a great vinyasa flow for a lunch hour where you want to fit in a workout but not sweat buckets. The rock climbers nearby were a little noisy but no big deal. I really appreciated that they had two big fans blowing. Yogis of all levels were present.
"Core up" abs class with Andrew
The staff was friendly but it was a super laid back and non-professional atmosphere. The instructor was wearing jeans? And wasn't very motivational at all. More concerned with chit chatting with a few of the regulars. Class also took place in a tiny area upstairs where it felt like we were all smushed and had little room to move. For the 30 minutes of core work I didn't feel like I got anything out of it, not even sore a day later like I usually am during other classes. I wouldn't waste your time.
