About this studio

Studio in the Heights has small group classes, 4-10 students, and we provide classes that safe and targeted to get results. We have multiple formats: HIIT, Barre, Base Conditioning, Boxing, Kickboxing, yoga and Zumba. All classes are open for all levels.

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle to class. ClassPass users are NOT eligible for the "First Visit Free" through the studio's website.

How to get there

Take A Train to 181 st location. Take the front of the train, come up the elevator to the street; turn left walk down, cross 185th st and we are on the left in the courtyard on the left side at street level.

What is ClassPass?
