This is my 2nd barre class at studio in the heights and I love it! Its challenging my strength, flexibility and balance, but the instructor is so supportive. I heard today that there might be fewer barre classes in the future... :( I hope someone can keep them going!

This class is a grueling, effective workout built on basics. I havent worked out hard in a long time and decided to take this class to challenge myself. And oh what a challenge it was. Lee is great. She gave me modifications for an injury and also for when things got tough. I would not necessarily recommend this class for beginners or for those who are out of shape. That being said, I did it!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
