About this studio

SPINCO offers inspiring 50-minute full body workouts on a bike, which are anything but routine. Classes are lead by dedicated instructors who will motivate you to achieve your personal fitness goals. We move together and ride to the beat of upbeat and lively music, engaging your butt, core and arms. We also layer in fun, yet challenging choreography (presses, dips, tap backs, etc..) as well as a weights track to further work the whole body. Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes early as your bike can be given away to our walk-in waitlist 4 minutes prior to the class. Set to the most current playlists, your workouts will help you attain a stronger body, mind and soul. 647 327 7746

How to prepare

SPINCO Etiquette: 1. Please arrive to the studio 15 minutes before class is set to begin. If you have not checked in a minimum of 4 minutes before class, your bike may be allocated to a rider from the waitlist. 2. We think of our studio as a safe haven, free from distractions. Please leave cell phones in your lockers and refrain from chatting once class has begun. 3. Running late? We will escort you into class up to 5 minutes after the class has begun, but will not be able to allow entry beyond that time.

SPINCO Uptown is located at 2577 Yonge St, on the east side, just north of Eglinton Ave. SPINCO Downtown is located at 129 Spadina Ave, on the east side, just north of Adelaide St. SPINCO Summerhill is located at 1220 Yonge St, on the west side, at the corner of Alcorn Ave and Yonge St.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
