How to prepare

Please bring a mat to all classes, except for Control Course. Mats can be rented for $2 at front desk otherwise. Please wear tennis shoes! They offer bottled water for $1 and for those who have an S.O.S. water bottle they have free water refills.

What is ClassPass?
