Amazing workout - Luis was super attentive and I appreciate that he understands the science behind it.

Luis was really nice and took the time to explain everything clearly, but the class was really slow and not designed for women who are used to tough, sweaty workouts. Good class for beginners. Did not sweat.

I didn’t know what to expect - it was challenging but fun and efficient which I appreciated. Chris learned my name within the first 5 seconds of class and was pushing me throughout (it’s a small class so it’s nice that it can be a little more personal). Overall it reminded me of my track and field days and training as an athlete which I LOVED.
SSL: Butt, Legs and Core with Joe
Good workout, but the usual instructor wasn’t there (Christ led the workout). Definitely got a good sweat and got my heart rate up! My legs and glutes will surely be sore tomorrow.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
