How to prepare

Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of class time to check-in and familiarize yourself with the studio and the instructor. So Fly offers water, a changing room, and a separate bathroom so you can run straight from work to your workout. For classes requiring shoes (dance, spin, and turbo kick), bring dedicated studio shoes with clean soles. If you forget your yoga mat, the studio has one you can borrow.

How to get there

So Fly Studio is located conveniently off of I-40E. From the highway, take exit 226 towards Mt. Juliet Road South. Head West on Adams Lane, and the studio is located in Adams Lane Plaza (situated between Aqua Bella Day Spa and Hana Sushi).

Fly Fix with Ainsley
Loved this class! Been wanting to try out some aerial fitness classes. Wish more aerial fitness studios were on ClassPass. This is currently the only one, and it’s 30 min away. That alone will be challenging to stick with. If it wasn’t for the drive, I’d be attending all of their fly classes! Studio was very nice and the instructors were fantastic. Everyone was so nice and helpful. And you could tell they had a lot of repeated customers. I will be attending more. Just not as many as I wish I could with the distance.

This would have been great only i walked in to getting jumped on by a dog. I have severe allergies and asthma and an incredibly allergic to dogs. by the time this 30 min class was up I could feel an asthma attack coming on. if I'd known this was a pet friendly studio i would have skipped out on this class.

Fly Flow with Mel
What a fun experience! This was not really much of a yoga class, nor was it the toughest workout Ive done. All that said, this was the most interesting and fun class! Using the hammock was surprisingly intuitive, and Mel was very helpful and available to show me what to do. I felt like a circus performer by the end of class, holding myself upside down with nothing but my legs and a silky strap. This would be a great class to take with friends.

What is ClassPass?
