This was my first yoga class and I felt very welcomed! This was a great class to center myself and relax my mind and body.

The studio is intimate and beautiful. Having Sonia as an instructor was such a treat- so very welcoming and personable. Her guidance into relaxation was skillfully led with an approach of curiosity and ease, making the class both explorative and nourishing. I highly recommend this class for anyone interested in deeper relaxation and body inquiry.

The class was very relaxing - consist of various poses for deeper stretches. It's perfect for unwinding the weekend for Monday.

TAI CHI - Beginner with Scott
More of a mind than body workout. It was relaxing and the instructor was very nice. Just too slow pace for me personally.

A slow-paced, relaxing class. Should not receive one star reviews, it clearly states it is not an athletic practice.
