How to prepare

Their studio features a fitness bootcamp style training class called Head-to-Toe Conditioning which runs for 5weeks and then takes a week off - our recovery week. Classes are offered at 3 different class times every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

How to get there

They're are located in Madeira Beach, Florida just moments overlooking the Gulf . Classes are taught by a husband and wife team who live in the local area. Fitness boot camp style classes available by the class, by the month or by purchasing a 10 class card. They accept most major credit along with cash and local checks.

Tom was really enthusiastic and friendly! He was really motivating and the workouts were fun, simple, and easy to learn. If you're interested in cardio or strength training, it might be worth it to give him a call before you book, because he concentrates on different things on different days.

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, very laid back! Loved the class too, instructor had a great "yoga voice", will definitely be back!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
