Deepening with Alia
Beautiful, heartfelt class!
Essentials with Alia
Very relaxing and easy to follow
All Levels with Denise
Loved the class because I felt I got a good stretch in without feeling too rushed like a “workout” yoga class. Even felt we could’ve held the poses and did the exercises a tiny bit longer! Denise focused on good stretching and emphasized not trying to stretch to weird uncomfortable poses. Quite crowded though.
Slow Flow with Supportive Touch with Hanna
great class to relax and get a good stretch on
Morning Practice with Kathryn
Kathryn has a very focused approach to leading practice, with clear concise descriptions of poses and modifications. I took the 6:30 AM class and left feeling calm, yet invigorated and ready for the day.
Essentials with Ellen
Very welcoming and wonderful class!
Essentials with Kathryn
this was a great way to get back into yoga after about 9 months out of practice. thank you
Gentle with Rebecca
Gentle transitions, but not easy. Great instructor. Very crowded.
All Levels with Jaime
Partner work required multiple times throughout the class. I am confident I am not alone in feeling that a mandatory exercise in which a stranger kneels in front of your crotch interferes with the meditative value of a yoga class. There was not an opt out option.
Deepening with Kathryn
Kathryn has a soothing voice and great cues. Intermediate class that provides a good stretch.
Deepening with Kathryn
Kathryn was great. She gave very clear directions and led the class at a great pace, focusing on alignment without forcing it.
Essentials with Ellen
Best studio in Seattle.
Essentials with Kathryn
Instructor confused right/left throughout class. Which I imagine is a hard part of teaching but is important. It was distracting from the flow.
Gentle with Jamie
Relaxing, positive energy, and clean studio ????????
Morning Practice with Kathryn
Great instructor! Some balances, no inversions. Good full body stretch.
Deepening with Greta
I loved this class!! Greta was an excellent guide, she lead a creative sequence and the cueing was spot on. I also liked the discussion and focus on Shiva and Nataranja:)
All Levels with Jacque
Really great yoga class :)
Deepening with Naomi
Harder that I expected, but great!
Essentials with Alia
All the basics. Slow pace in the right ways basically deconstructing standard yoga poses
Deepening with Rainey
Very good class and very great instructor. Mat neighbors are really nice at this studio too. Wish there was more balancing, inversions, etc. like what is in the Class Description.
Deepening with Rainey
Excellent teacher and class
Essentials with Steph
There was a sub for the class. She had positive energy but stopped the class several times to explain or demonstrate the next pose. I got cold in class from the lack of flow.still a fair class but not the expected caliber of seattle yoga arts instructors
Gentle with Rainey
Very gentle yoga
Deepening with Ellen
This is a truly incredible yoga practice
Gentle with Rainey
Slow, light, guided stretching. Very very gentle, and a lovely instructor. Not a workout, but great if you know what you’re signing up for.
