About this studio

Small Group Classes (10-15 max), never plateau and never get bored with their wide variety of classes including boxing, high intensity interval training, yoga, pilates, kettlebell, suspension and even trampoline classes! All of our classes are unique and have a special Seacity twist to them. We are an all low impact studio. Please note we offer Childcare from 9:30-10:30am Monday - Friday!

How to prepare

It is highly suggested that you take the Intro to Boxfit before taking Boxfit. It is recommended to come to both on the same day. You will learn how to properly wrap your hands, technique and footwork. It is highly suggested that you take the Intro to Kettlebell & Suspension before taking the Power HIIT class. It is recommended to come to both on the same day. For Mini Trampoline and Pilates HIIT classes you must wear athletic shoes! This class is not permitted barefoot.

How to get there

We are located at Beach Ave and Howe Street, located under the Granville Street Bridge. We are highly accessible through public transportation, the Vancouver seawall and have various meter parking surrounding us.
