About this studio
Learn Yoga in a beautiful, peaceful studio rather than being a big, crowded factory-like setting. Take Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes in a group with like-minded people with realistic expectations in a nurturing and friendly environment. Learn Yoga with a teacher who understands that Yoga needs to be learnt gradually and intelligently and taught with compassion and kindness.

How to prepare
Please bring a water bottle and wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. We have good Yoga mats at the studio but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. All morning classes start at 9.30, not 9.00. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class starts.. It is disturbing to others and to yourself if you are late. Sarah will be there to open up the locked door 10 minutes before class starts. Our classes on Monday and Thrsday are 75 minutes long and our Saturday morning class is 90 minutes long.
How to get there
Sarah B Yoga is located upstairs at Balanced Living, 779 Bukit Timah road, Singapore, 269758. We are right next door to teh 6th Avenue MRT station on the Downtown line. There is parking at Guthrie house, under Cold Storage.
