Early bird gets the worm. Quiet time at the studio to work one on one with the instructor. Highly recommend!

Super fun! It was my first time pole dancing. Definitely recommend!

Sable was amazing. This was a great intro class. Sable broke down each move thoughtfully and paid special attention to correct form. I learned so much from this class!

Challenging class for true beginners, but Andrey is really good about giving variations for all levels.

Love this studio! Gorgeous light, easy parking, and a solid setup of 45mm spin/static poles.

Great class!
Aerial Silks - Beginners with Amy
Not well structured class. And there are not enough fabrics to accommodate all students, have to waste a lot of time waiting
Flexibility Training (All Levels) with Michelle
Michelle is so amazing! I love taking classes with her
Aerial Silks - Beginners with Nate
The majority of my class was experienced with silks or definitely not beginning. The teacher was good and taught me some great moves. This class is a bit intimidating but super fun.
Intermediate Lyra Class with Aurora
Although it's intermediate, instructor should prepare more variations since people are coming from different intermediate levels.
Pole Foundations - (Intro) with Shelly
Great instructor who made the class nonintimidating, fun, and informative/helpful. Strongly recommend.
Intro to Lyra with Jody
So much fun! First time ever trying Lyra. Class was a good size and teacher did a good job spotting the new people. Also all the students were super friendly
Pole Foundations - (Intro) with Shelly
Did you guys forget already? In regards to several of us forgetting choreography. Perhaps this class isnt great for beginners.
Pole Foundations - (Intro) with Kaila
very difficult for a total beginner!
Hottt Seat! (All Levels) with Karri
Karri Mae Becker was AWESOME! She sat with me personally to help me perfect my backflip from on top of a chair in my first class - learned A TON. And wouldnt have made as much progress if it wasnt for her! Totally going back
Aerial Silks - Beginners with Amy
This teacher was definitely more advanced. This is a beginner silk class but she wasn't teaching or correcting technique. She simply showed moves and told people to do them. Although I've been to a few classes it was extremely difficult so I sat out a lot of the class. I would really suggest Janet on Saturdays if you're truly new.
