Vinyasa Yoga
Timmy was a great instructor, clear instruction, helpful adjustments, and also let you do your thing, too. He had a nice pace and variety of poses. The space was a good temp with warm lighting, no mirrors. Mats, blocks and straps available for free. All around a wonderful experience and is a great class for anyone looking for a good stretch and to connect inward.
