How to prepare

What to bring: A water bottle, a sweat towel & a positive attitude! =)) What to wear: Comfortable exercise gear. Facilities: S3 Studio Melbourne CBD has 3 beautiful purpose-built studios on site. It also has 3 clean showers & lockers. Items available for purchase: Bottled water, grip socks, disposable bath towel, disposable sweat towel, spiky balls

How to get there

The studio is located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. It is on the corner of Russell Street and Lt. Collins Street. On the corner is a cafe (Brioche), which sells amazing coffee and bread, and right next to it is a set of stairs which leads you straight down to the entrance of the studio. (It literally is next to Izakaya Den!)

The class was not bad but I got a little bored
Mat Pilates with Jennifer
Jennifer is really friendly and approachable, but this is definitely one of the less challenging classes compared to the other Pilates sessions at S3. The class focused more on yoga/breathing/stretching. It would be good to have a distinction between the classes/levels under the description :) ie: Toning - Pilates vs Breathe - Pilates etc.
Barre with Joshua
Joshua was fantastic, he makes sure everyone gets attention and hes very welcoming to newbies. The class was upbeat and theres no slacking hell come over and make sure you work hard!
Clinical Pilates with Joshua
Josh is amazing, first time in years doing Pilates (& that was only mat), made me feel super comfortable and amended the pace and plan to suit individuals. Highly recommend!
