About this studio

Runner's High Studio is Chicago's First all automated Running Studio. The treadmills are programmed to change for you as you go through intervals following a projected run around the world. Baseline speeds allow for runner's of all levels. Walk, jog, run. Everyone runs for different reasons. Some run to reflect. To change. To evolve. To deal. To forget the day. To embrace the next. To move forward. To quiet the voices. To listen to just one more track. To go further and farther than we did yesterday. What is your reason? At Runner's High Studio, you will run for yourself with a group of like minded individuals. Pacers (instructors) will push you and cheer you on every step of the way. Please fill out a profile on our website before class. www.runnershighstudio.com

Elevate Your High
I think this place would have been awesome had I known I was supposed to set up my profile!!!!!
Elevate Your High
I enjoy this class and the mileage you can accomplish but class today started almost 10 mins later than it should have and the music was horrendous/vulgar.
Sprint 30
Everything hurts but in the best way possible. I’ve never been much of a runner but I was able to get through the whole class and I was so proud of myself for it. Can’t wait to go back
Bootcamp
This class was horrible....the instructor didn’t have any energy.
Jog-In Movie
Loved running to the Bachelor but wished I could have tried out the machines in a program as stated in the description. It was like running at the gym and doing it at your own pace. I wish instructor would have been involved somehow but was only there to play the TV sound or switch to music on commercial breaks.
Interval 45
Would have really liked this class but my treadmill was broken and had to manually adjust the speed and incline. This was tough because I wasn’t sure what baseline speed I was supposed to multiply the percentage by or what those percentages were.
Response from the studio:
Thank you for your feedback. The only way you would have not known your baseline is if you were late or showed up right at class time when we ask that you arrive early to set up your speeds. The treadmills will not work without a discussion around the right speed. Hope this helps for your next visit.
Sprint 30
The instructor was great. If you’re a beginner (like me), set your base level very low and make sure you tell your instructor. The class is super fast and fun but it will trash you if the speed hits you without expectation cuz they go really fast (as the name suggests “sprint”). Don’t overestimate your ability to run if you’re not a runner (just like me). I will go again for sure cuz I want to push myself
Sprint 30
Jeff is the best!
Interval 45
I'm not usually a treadmill person so I was surprised that I loved the class as much as I did. awesome playlist, too
Interval 45
One of those classes I dread going to before it starts and then feel so accomplished after it ends! I do wish more people took the classes, it would be nice to feed off a lot of energy!
