Ventilation system

We have an advanced mechanical air ventilation system and air conditioning.

Extra sanitation

We clean all contact services several times per day. Hand sanitizers are available and asked to use before and after the workout.

Equipment policies

Part of your workout will take place on our rowing machines. During some of the workouts we use dumbbells, kettle bells or medicine balls. For more info ask the trainer.
