YOGA: INT/ADV. VINYASA with EILEEN
Teacher was scattered. Music was so loud at some points. It was okay
TAP: Total Body Conditioning
Great circuit class! Easy to follow and Ashleigh is encouraging and clear. Gym is nice although parking validation gave me some issues
RIDE: 45 with Emily
The bikes are super uncomfortable, it’s a little hard to understand the instructor but not too bad for a gym spin class.
YOGA: SCULPT
This is the hard - the class itself was actually fine...but I guess I should have realized with it just being a class at a gym it probably wasn’t going to be the best class ever. The real issue was really just the atmosphere. The desk although friendly was not at all helpful in explaining things when I arrived (i.e. where the class was located). Then the room was right next door to a different class with BLASTING music. It wasn’t particularly helpful that the instructor turned on no music for our class. At the end of the day I only used 3 credits...but next time I’ll just spend the extra 4 credits and take a class at a real yoga studio like Yoga Squad...
RIDE: 45 with MELINDA
It was good for a gym spinning. Definitely no flywheel or spinning studio but for less credits it’s good!
YOGA: VINYASA
Great teacher, very good at incorporating technique and building to skills. Great space, very nice staff and amenities.
TAP: Upper Body Strength with BENJAMIN
One of the hardest workouts I’ve done on ClassPass, even scaled. Totally worth it. Would come back every day.
stRNG: 45 with MELINDA
Why is the class called strong when it’s mostly jumping around and plyometrics?
TAP: Upper Body Strength
awesome
YOGA: SCULPT with EILEEN
Perfect flow for all levels!
