About this studio

RiseFit continually searches the world over looking for the best in small group training to include in their offerings. They currently offer: METAFIT: Bodyweight-only, non-choreographed, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, METAPWR: Metabolic resistance training is one of the best, most intense strategies for building muscle, burning fat, and improving fitness. PILATESFIT: is a unique combination of classical Pilates mat-work along with yoga and calisthenic exercises WILLOW: Willow is a combination meditation / Interval workout designed to achieve significant weight loss, increased self-esteem, and gain a positive outlook. PUNCHFIT: Boxing class with a high energy vibe. BOOT: a fusion of cardio, strength, balance and flexibility.

How to prepare

First Session at RiseFit They expect you to fill in a waiver prior to you arriving for your first session. (copy this link to into a new browser window to access; www.smartwaiver.com/v/classpass/) They expect you to arrive a 5 - 10 minutes prior to meet your coach and complete orientation of the club. Please bring a water bottle and a towel. Water bottles can be filled using the filtered water tap in the member's area. Expect to be greeted with a friendly smile from staff and a wagging tail from Georgie the gym dog.

How to get there

Risefit is located at 2/89 Lake Street, Northbridge WA. The closest cross streets are Newcastle and Aberdeen St. They are located directly opposite the fountains and NEXUS sculpture that is found next to the chicane on Lake Street. RiseFit can be accessed from the northern suburbs by exiting Mitchell Freeway at Roe Street. Turn left onto Roe then continue to Lake St. Turn Left into Lake Street. RiseFit can be accessed from the South by exiting the Kwinana Freeway at Charles st exit, turn right into Newcastle street then continue to Lake St

Excellent class !! Great solid HIIT workout, exceptional friendly and very experienced trainer, very friendly and supportive workout environment, pushed hard to work within your own fitness level. Small group setting. Possibly favourite work out and environment.Will come back again. Thanks Greg.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
