HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with Missy
One of the best classes I’ve ever been to!
Reflect Yoga 60 with Marthe
Myofascial release and flow on a Sunday? Yes, please. Marthe has a great vibe and offers loads of modifications and cues to help you get the most out of your practice. I took off one star cause I’ve been to this studio a bunch, and I find it to be rather cliquey to the point that if you’re new you feel a little like you’re trespassing. Also, the front desk people seem to be consistently unhelpful.
Reflect + Restore 60 with Debbie
Meditative and relaxing!
Classic Ride with Erica
I really liked Erica’s class. She does a lot of unique choreography that I’ve never seen before. It kept my mind busy, so I wasn’t thinking about how exhausted I was. I’m also a fan of this studio. One of my favorite parts is that they keep a record of bike setup info, and they set it up for you in advance.
Reflect Yoga 60 with MJ
One of those classes where the regulars are favored with adjustments and shout outs (seriously I could name like 7 people in the class by the end of it) and the newbies don’t even get an introduction or asked about injuries. I felt like it was high school and I sat at the wrong table at lunch. Also, while the candlelit room felt zen upon entry, the tiny flickering lights around the room actually gave me a touch of vertigo. I left feeling more tense and stiff than when I walked in.
Reflect Yoga 60 with Marthe
The assigned-by-number mat spaces at this studio really threw me for a loop (hide in the corner yogi here). But once I got over the anxiety of not being in control of my placement in the room, the class was really great. Marthe teaches a unique blend myofascial release using yoga tune up balls and a more traditional vinyasa flow. The space itself is clean, comfortably warm, and the bathrooms offer Malin + Goetz soap and free towels. Can’t wait to go back.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with Gary
Instructor was clear and demonstrated all the exercises. I sweated a good amount on a Saturday morning. Class is definitely for all levels.
Classic Ride with Ali
High quality studio with good equipment and friendly staff. The class format is similar to Cyclebar / Flywheel minus the TVs and competition. Every class has a “reflect” song where you do whatever you want and just focus on you.
Classic Ride with Erica
Best class ever - seriously. Erica is amazing!
