About this studio

REVOLVE functional fitness program is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. Elements of body weight gymnastics and weightlifting are fused in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. Revolve's trainers teach functional movement patterns aka pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, moving loads from ground to hip/shoulder/overhead.

The instructor didnt do anything. We did 7 rounds of something while he played with the music. Then I wasnt sure if class was over or if we were doing something else.

What is ClassPass?
