RedBird Pilates and Fitness is a Pilates and workout studio in central and east Austin. great teacher and class! challenging but low impact. great for lean toning!

I like the teacher and the music, but I wish we did more dance routine instead of working on just one!

Thank you for the feedback! We will certainly aim to do this as we work on the class structure! The routine is learned all month long so by then end of the month you should be flyin through!

Studio Equipment with Lee
My first reformer class and I really enjoyed it. Lee was a wonderful instructor. She is friendly, warm and patient. She took the time to explain each exercise and ensure everyone had good form. Ill def be back!

Body Engineering Mat - All levels with Elisabeth
RedBird is great. Considering their current circumstances they are definitely making lemonade out of those lemons!! The workouts here are always intentional and Elisabeth offered lots of modifications! Can't wait for the new space :)

High Intensity Cardio Interval Training with Emmi
This is a 30 minute class which it says in the description but not where it displays start and end time of class. It was a super short workout for 8 credits which was disappointing from a value perspective. I do like Red Bird and Emmis classes.

The sequences were often awkward and there wasn't enough guidance on frame and micro adjustments for someone who's never done these moves before, but the teachers were generally friendly and positive

What is ClassPass?
