Bring your smile and friendly face! Also, proper exercise attire: NO Jeans, Baggy pants, Flannel shirts, belts, work boots, dress shoes, cut off shirts, or muscle shirts. Sneakers and exercise clothing must be worn at all times.

When the alarm goes off, I wonder why I'm getting up so early, but then I get to this class and remember that it's so much fun that it's totally worth getting up early on a Saturday for!

High energy, good upper body work out!

Fun class! Instructors were fun and encouraging and had good energy! The woman at the front desk was also very welcoming. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that the room was really uncomfortably cold for the entire class. It was like working out in a walk-in freezer. My fingers were so cold for the first half of class they were actually hurting and I'd wished I had gloves. Some people kept their winter coats and hats on for the whole class. I'd love to take this class again, but not until either the heat is fixed or the weather gets warmer.

This class was a great cardio, upper body workout!
Deck of Cards
Its a good workout...unless you have issues with impact/jumping.

Wasn't long enough, and wasn't a total body workout. Mark is much better at teaching this class. She mixed kickboxing in which I hate.

What is ClassPass?
