Calm, relaxing and really good for a stretch!
Reformer Jumpboard with Marcela
Loved this class. Youre mainly lying down springing off the jumpboard horizontally on the reformer but somehow its a pretty big full body workout! Its gets muscles from all sorts of directions and angles and cardio too. I think this is my new fave Pilates class.

What is ClassPass?
