I was the only person there.
Total Body PLF with Ahmed
This class is HARD. It’s in a small studio and fits about eight people. If you like circuit training and being extremely sore the next day, this class is for you. However, the instructor was on his phone during nearly every circuit, which was a little odd.

No real introduction to what the class will entail, but it was a good circuit workout. Definitely challenging, did come by And correct form as well

This class is amazing! Ibrahim is an excellent instructor, knows just how far to push you. The class is an excellent size for individual form correction. Ibrahim was very helpful in correcting my form knowing it was my first time. The music was very motivating. I was introduced to moves I've never done before. This class was intense in all the right ways, just what my body needs! I'm definitely going back for more!

Tough class. Did not work on core at all. Instructor was rude and did not explain directions correctly.

Good workout and instructor gave advice to improve form. BUT he was texting throughout the class, including speaking his messages to text them. Disappointed but not surprised since I saw this in multiple reviews. I might go back but definitely not my first choice.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
