This was my first time at Purebarre and my second barre class. The staff was very welcoming, especially the instructor Alisha. She was great, friendly, spent a few minutes with me before class explaining what to expect in detail and reassuring me. The class was tough, I felt like I worked muscles I didn’t know I had :). Beautiful and welcoming space. Highly recommend it.

This class was great! Very challenging...I already know I will be sore for days. I was told that this class is a more high intensity class than their regular barre class.

About this studio

.The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required!

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications
