About this studio

Pure Barre Classic: 50 minute low impact, high intensity barre class uses isometric movements that will lift your seat, tone your thighs, abs, arms and burn fat. Pure Reform: 50 minute, low impact barre class that will challenge your strength, coordination and balance by using resistance bands, sliders and the barre. Pure Empower: 50 minute, higher impact, cardio-centric barre class utilizes a plyometric platform and wrist/ankle weights. This class moves slightly faster. *New clients - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class. Late entry will not be permitted. We allow a 5 minute late entry for our classic classes for clients who have attended before. *No late entry for Reform/Empower. This is for the safety of our clients and staff *Please wear pants past the knees, socks. No shorts. 503 894 8623

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.They cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

What is ClassPass?
