I’ve been a Pure Barre fan for years, but felt like this workout was something I could have done at home with a YouTube video. There were no modifications offered from the instructor, which is frustrating - whether you’re a first time barre go-er, or dealing with soreness or an injury. With so many barre studios out there, I’d expect more from a class that costs so many credits.

About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required!

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We can't accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, leggings/capris (no shorts), top that covers midriff, & socks required 4.Shoes/cell phones not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: consult your doctor before attending. Students who've taken less than 3 classes or haven't attended in 3 mos need doctor's note.

What is ClassPass?
