About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required!

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

Great workout! My only complaint was that the class was really full I had to be mindful not to touch the person next to me while working out.

The workout was good but I am deducting a star for the warm room. It looks like there was 1 fan in the corner. Bring a towel with you as the studio does not provide them and you will sweat.

I like to think I’m pretty athletic and in shape... let me tell you... this class kicked my butt! It burned sooo good. Surprised at how hard it was. Tons of micro movements. If you’re looking for sculpting toning work out this is the one. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a cardio burst though.

What is ClassPass?
