Pure Barre is always a fun, yet challenging workout. This instructor did seem to help the new clients in class quite a bit! The microphone at this studio makes the instructors cues come out muffled over the speakers, so you do have to pay attention! Overall though, great class & good instructor!

I wasn’t pleased with this class. I usually love barre classes and the studio seemed unfriendly. The instructor also didn’t complete the workout with the class. She verbally articulated the exercises but the speakers were muffled and it was hard to understand what she was saying.

About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required! 614 357 5324

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications
