About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required!

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

The class itself was challenging because it was my first time ever in a barre class and then you add cardio to that... but it was a great time and I know it’ll take me some time to improve. The best part was honestly the environment. The instructor was just so helpful and took the time to sit down and talk to me! Even the people in the class that come regularly were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and not self conscious at all :) very thankful and cannot wait to get my butt kicked again!

What is ClassPass?
