Teacher was very informed. Very passionate. Workout reminded me of aerobics but I did enjoy it. Facilities are pretty dated, within a community center. I left feeling sore!

Seemed like nothing at the time, but man what a workout! Great strength training - aerobic class!

This class is great and not your typical low impact prenatal class. It will prepare you well for childbirth and the changes your body will encounter once your little one is here. I feel so much stronger since Ive been taking this class and highly recommend it!

The class was great! I wish the room was a little better ventilated. Breathing that hard with so much chlorine in the air from the pool next to the studio can't be good. It was really bothering me.

Brittany is a fantastic instructor and I definitely felt energized where I thought Id be exhausted! Great job and modifications depending on your needs.

About this studio

PROnatal Fitness™ offers prenatal and postpartum fitness classes designed to address the specific needs of expecting and new mothers' bodies. Classes incorporate cardio conditioning, total body strengthening, and proper core training, and are highly modifiable for all fitness levels, and stages of pregnancy or motherhood. Prenatal classes are held indoors and postpartum stroller workouts are held outdoors. Classes are held in various locations throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn (please see class descriptions for specific locations). Refer to the PROnatal Fitness Uptown page for additional classes.

How to prepare

For prenatal classes, bring water and a yoga mat or towel. For stroller workouts, bring water and a yoga mat, large towel, or blanket. For all classes, wear sneakers and a supportive bra.

How to get there

Classes are held in various locations. Please check class description for the specific location, and arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class for important instructions.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
