About this studio
Pram in the Park's sessions are strength-based with an injection of cardio to keep up the intensity and get you moving. Their qualified trainers work with you one-on-one to ensure that you’re working out safely and at an appropriate level. You’re welcome to bring your babies/children with you (only if you want to!) to Prams in the Park sessions at no extra cost. Great for mums with new babies who want to keep them close and be able to comfort or feed. Toddlers and older children respond really well to the positive experience of watching mum exercise. What is ClassPass?
