About this studio

Pop Up Pilates in Brookvale is a boutique studio with a difference. A fusion of Reformer, Matwork, Wunda Chair and Barre, their circuit classes take a maximum of 6. Focused on individual technique and goals you will leave feeling leaner, longer and stronger. Offerings: -Pop Power Circuit is a Fusion class that combines Reformer, Wunda Chair, Matwork, Circuit and Barre to tone your abs, arms and ass! -Sportlates is focused on mobility, strengthening the core, dynamic stability and increasing body awareness. Not just for the men, it is also a great class for the ladies too. -Foundation Circuit teaches the principles of how to use the Reformer, Wunda chair and to focus on your individual technique and goals. -Yoga allows you to move, restore and release. 75 minutes for you.

How to prepare

Footwear is not required but grip/non slip socks are recommended. Please wear exercise clothing that you can move freely and stretch your body in comfortably. You will be required to fill out a client information and health history sheet on arrival.

How to get there

Pop Up Pilates is located at 1/A 98 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale. Entry is inside Phoenix Recovery. Please come up the stairs and wait inside reception.

What is ClassPass?
