About this studio

Pittsburgh FIT's training regimen is designed to be sustainable. By using precise positioning and basic movement patterns – push, pull, bend, twist, lunge, squat – plus flexibility work, they create a structural integrity in your joints and muscles that will allow you to do things you never imagined. They always make sure you are able to move with strength and confidence (mobility and stability) before adding weight or moving at a higher intensity (strength and performance). No matter if you were a collegiate athlete or have never done a single push-up, their staff and incredible community will meet you right where you are and support you on your fitness journey.

Please wear athletic clothing and footwear, come prepared to sweat! Bring a water bottle to fill in our fountain!

Pittsburgh FIT is located at 210 Thomas Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We are a big blue and white building with plenty of parking around back, off of Thomas!

One of my favorite places to work out in Pittsburgh. The workout is tough but in the best way. Everyone is super friendly and you feel like part of the family.

This class was hard in the best possible way! The staff were so friendly and encouraging, and really pushed me to work hard. The space is huge and super clean, and has tons of equipment for a variety of work outs. Plus there is free parking onsite. Definitely recommend!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
