They offer a variety of group fitness classes ranging from Reformer Pilates, Bootcamp, Barre, and Tone+Flow - a Pilates/Yoga fusion. How to prepare

*First Timer - Arrive at least 10 minutes early. No exceptions. Door code 1023# EQUIPMENT + GEAR: -PilatesPro / 40Works / Pilates – Grip Socks -BarrePro – Grip Socks -Tone + Flow – Yoga Mat and/or Grip Socks -PPW Bootcamp - Light soled sneakers *Grip socks are available for purchase. A limited amount of yoga mats are available for use.

I love this studio and I love Natalie as an instructor, she moves quickly so its always a great workout.
Tone + Flow: Sculpt with Heather
It was like the instructor printed out steps before class and read them for the first time during class. Really disjointed. Too fast / no one kept up. The instructor also didnt engage with the class, walk around, or check in. She was too busy reading her notes on what was next.

Barre Pro with Symone
Class was good but grossed out by the fact that they dont use mats and dont clean the floor afterwards. Ppl wear sneakers in the other classes in that studio carrying who knows what and then Im lying all over the floor?!? Gross. Will not attend another barre class there again.
