How to prepare

We recommend wearing clothes that allow free range of motion and coverage. For ideal blood circulation and safety, we recommend being bare foot but you are more than welcome to wear socks. Please note that we have a scent-free environment policy, so please do not wear any perfumes, colognes or products with a scent.

How to get there

We are on the NW corner of 17th Street & Broadway, 2nd floor above Pret a Manger. Studio overlooks Union Square Park. Take the 4,5,6,L,R,N, W or Q trains to Union Square.

What is ClassPass?
