About this studio

The mission of Personal Training & Yoga by Kara is to assist women in taking their lives back by not only transforming their bodies but their minds as well. Clients can choose from a variety of yoga classes. Work with Kara you can expect to be challenged, supported and uplifted! Their services include small group yoga classes (maximum of 8 students), private, semi-private and small group personal training, and private and semi-private yoga.

How to prepare

For yoga, please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. For fitness, please wear comfortable active wear and well supported athletic shoes.
