HRZ Bootcamp: Arms & Shoulders with Andy
Great workout. Andy is the man!! One of the best instructors I’ve taken. Super informative / explains all the moves Only thing - first time here and I didn’t fully understand the format of the class (30 min run / 30 min workout). Might have been me just entirely missing that part.. just didn’t know how to pace myself Will recommend!
HRZ Bootcamp: Arms & Shoulders with Andy
Overall tough! I would have preferred more cardio and for it to be dispersed throughout the whole class, as this class divides the time by having thirty minutes of cardio and then thirty minutes of weight. But overall, good class!
Adv. Bootcamp: Full Body with Jess
Great workout with an even better playlist! Jess is always so motivating and demonstrates everything clearly so it’s easy to follow—even as someone who’s not the most experienced with strength training.
Int. Bootcamp: Full Body with Matty
Amazing trainer and amazing class! A must if you are in NYC

Challenging workout and I enjoy country music but most songs on the playlist were a bit too slow paced.
Int. Intervals Run with Chase
Class is as difficult as you make it. Did some warm ups like knee hugs and quad stretches while tread was at 1.0 speed. Even though that is very slow I felt very unsafe stretching on a moving tread and don’t think this part of a safe warm up routine. Other than that, class was fine and got in a good workout.
Country Fun Run with Selena
Good workout and great treadmills, but room felt very hot (probably because of the filming lights)
Int. HIIT Run / Core Strength with Becs
It’s actually 2 classes - the first is 20 minute running class, the second is a 20 minute core class. I wish they had been more explicit about that. Not only was there a full cool down after the running, and then about 5 minutes of transition time so they could set up the camera for the next class, but the next class was 10 minutes of essentially just warming up since the people tuning in could have just started their work out for the day. I would not have taken this class if I had known it was actually two separate 20-minute classes.

Int. HIIT Run / Extra Mile with Robin
Robin is a STAR. She makes running feel easy and fun. I had already run 7.63 before getting there and I still felt like I had fresh legs to do a good job in that run.

About this studio

Experience the newest way to work out with Peloton. The Peloton Tread Studio classes combine cardio and strength training, both on and off the Tread. Class types include total body, running, and walking, taught by NYC's best instructors. Be one of the first to try the Tread, which features a shock-absorbing slat belt, innovative speed and incline knobs, sturdy carbon-steel frame and free mode function, plus in-depth performance tracking metrics. After class, get refreshed in our spacious locker rooms stocked with Malin & Goetz products.


How to prepare

Come prepared to sweat! You can wear your favorite athletic shorts or leggings, with a tank or t-shirt. You will also need to wear running shoes. You will receive a water and towel upon check-in, as well as your Tread number for class. Be sure to have a light snack before your workout, and hydrate properly! To track your metrics throughout class, you will need to create a Peloton profile at before class, or arrive 15 minutes early to do so in-studio.

How to get there

We are located just west of the Christopher St PATH and 1 train, and a short walk from West 4th St BDFM and ACE train. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check-in and Tread assignment. Due to the live production of class, anyone who arrives with less than 5 minutes will not be allowed in the studio.
