About this studio

Located in the heart of Leyton, Pause is a small, friendly studio offering Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes, providing a brief respite to the demands of everyday life. Their ethos is that yoga and fitness is for everyone—and they mean it! The studio is a relaxed, inclusive environment and with smaller classes so their teachers can provide students with greater attention. Pause is the perfect space to practice, whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner. Please kindly arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Our studio door opens directly onto the street so latecomers may not be admitted. How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. Please bring a bottle of water with you, as we do not have drinking water on site.

Challenging class in a great way! I’m fairly new to the practice and was able to keep up in my own way. Lydiana was great at explaining everything and helped if she saw you needed it. Great class, however I wouldn’t recommend for complete first timers, more for yogis that have done a similar kind of Vinyasa Flow Class before.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
