Hands down the most enjoyable workout. Nothing beats challenging your body with nature and a beautiful and peaceful view. So picturesque you feel like your in a dream. Stacy is an upbeat and attentive instructor. I learned so much about good form today that my sprint and speed improved dramatically . The HIIT portion is intense and you really feel a burn after the paddle sprinting . Awesome for strengthening balance and the stabilizing core muscles .

Awesome workout! And even better a beautiful atmosphere. So picturesque you dont even care about the burn that comes with the paddle sprint. Stacy was amazing . She watched us closely and gave tips for good form. It was my third time on a board and she helped empower me to feel in control and comfortable. The winds were intense so we did 2 sets of body weight HIIT workouts one functional based one core based. She was very attentive kept it fun and challenging . We ended with a easy breezy ride back, she finished the class with a gentle stretch and relaxing meditation. Loved it!

How to get there

If you are approaching from the town of East Hampton get on North Main and take Three Mile Harbor Road, you will first see a plain white mailbox with the same address as Paddle Diva. This is not the marina, do not turn down that driveway! Continue north about two miles and you will see the water on your left (which is the start of Three Mile Harbor Hog Creek Road). The street numbers RESET at the water — 219 will come up on your left when you reach the Shagwong Marina.
